Quel week-end! Je me suis bien amusée !

Hello! This morning, we went on a week-end excursion to the Loire Valley from Friday to Saturday to check out the castles. We visited the Castle of Chambord and the Castle of Chenonceau and spent the night in the beautiful Castle of Razay. It was truly an amazing experience because I felt like a princess in Medieval times. Moreover, we learned plenty of history about the Second World War from the point of view of a very old man who participated in the French Resistance. He shared several sad and really interesting stories with our group.
Lastly, there was a wine and cookie tasting as well as lots of good food to eat at the picnic and the restaurant. What a weekend! I had so much fun!
